Paul has a huge amount of experience in the catering industry, having worked for companies such as the BBC and McCarthy and Stone. He joined Applecross Nursing Home in June 2018 and has improved our menus based on relatives and resident feedback. Paul Manages a team of Catering Assistant and Assistant Chefs and we are delighted to have such an experienced Chef as Part of our team here at Applecross.

Applecross is a family run care home. We care for elderly residents and also have a specialist unit that cares for younger people. Since 1997, Applecross has provided expert care for people with physical disabilities and other illnesses that require short-term or long-term nursing support.
